lECTURE 1:
"A 40-year experience on esthetic rehabilitation: the evolution of clinical approach and techniques"
LECTURE 1
"A 40-year experience on esthetic rehabilitation: the evolution of clinical approach and techniques"
Lecture synopsis
The application of a tried and tested system, experimented for 40 years, represents, especially for complex rehabilitations, an indispensable means of achieving optimal final results, from the esthetic as well as biological and functional viewpoints.

Designing full-mouth rehabilitations with optimum esthetics requires correct treatment planning, evaluation of a suitable ceramic material and skillful application and techniques
Learning objectives
1
Learn...
a systematic approach to the esthetic and functional analysis
2
Learn...
how to select the most appropriate technique when approaching a full-mouth rehabilitation
3
Learn...
innovative operative protocols with minimally invasive prosthetic procedures (MIPP) for a long-lasting esthetic result.

lECTURE 2:
"Prostho-Perio interaction - contemporary concepts for optimized esthetics and stability"
LECTURE 2
"Prostho-Perio interaction - contemporary concepts for optimized esthetics and stability"
Lecture synopsis
Despite the great advances on the last decades regarding adhesion and minimally invasive restorations we still have a few difficulties, errors and complications regarding the stability and esthetics of the restorative and prosthetic margins such as:

  • soft tissue recession
  • marginal darkness and umbrella effects
In this lecture we will cover the reasons for these complications and how to minimize them through:
  • Proper diagnosis of the dentogingival complex
  • Understanding different optical aspects of teeth and soft tissue in the esthetic areas
  • Different types of vertical preparations and its indications for stability and esthetics
  • Interdisciplinary approaches using orthodontics, periodontics and prosthodontics in challenging cases cases

lECTURE 3:
"Function, biology and aesthetic in the prosthetic rehabilitation: looking at the future"
LECTURE 3
"Function, biology and aesthetic in the prosthetic rehabilitation: looking at the future"
Lecture synopsis
The modern prosthetic dentistry currently uses techniques and materials that are increasingly conservative and respectful to the biology of dental tissues, with the goal of a predictable result in the long term. With the advent of minimally invasive techniques, the modern esthetic dentistry is basically new, especially with regard to the requests of the patients for treatments of increasing value in terms of quality and oriented towards a rapid and optimal solution also of large and complex cases.

    lECTURE 4:
    "VERTICAL FREEDOM CONCEPT:
    Horizontal Supracrestal Space Approach"
    LECTURE 4
    "VERTICAL FREEDOM CONCEPT:
    Horizontal Supracrestal Space Approach"

    Lecture synopsis
The presentation focuses on a new Prosthetic protocol for vertical preparation of the tooth,
    ( Vertical Freedom concept)
Tooth Vertical Preparation and a new emergence profile of the crown allow us to interact with surrounding tissue modifying their shape and thickness for a new ideal and stable esthetic gingival architecture.
All the steps to performe V.F concept, from tooth preparation to final crown cementation, will be analyzed with clinical cases.

Furthermore, the advantages of a minimally invasive adhesive dentistry, ( Minimal Vertical Prep -No Prep ) with new trends in Anterior Indirects, will be uncovered.
Biodynamic Soft Tissue shaping, 3D positioning, defined and appropriate emergence profiles with an accurate analysis of STA around implant supported restorations will be thoroughly discussed with clinical cases.
      Learning objectives
The main goal of the presentation is to give the practitioners useful techniques to apply
In everyday dentistry, increasing quality and predictability of their work and new protocols enabling them to achieve function and aesthetics with a minimally invasive approach
