Lecture synopsis
The use of all‐ceramic veneers represent a valid alternative to complete crown restorations. The minimally invasive tooth preparation procedure allows the maximum preservation of healthy tooth structure thus guaranteeing vitality and higher overall resistance of restoration. Also thanks to the undeniable advantages offered by the adhesive cementation technique. Nowadays a new clinical approach based on an innovative minimally invasive prosthetic procedure is also applicable to full crown restorations allowing preservation of vitality and tooth structure.
The availability of a wide range of ceramic material permits the achievement of excellent, long lasting esthetic results both for anterior and posterior cases and in full mouth rehabilitations.

Dr. Roberto Turrini
Graduated in Dentistry at the University of Florence in 2004. Since 2005 he has been working as a collaborator in Dr. Mauro Fradeani's office in Pesaro, Italy.
He has attended several courses in Italy and abroad on prosthodontics, implantology and esthetic dentistry and he has followed Dr. Fradeani's annual program on fixed prosthodontics.
Author of several scientific articles published in Italian and international magazines, he is co-author of a text about dental bleaching, published by Quintessence International in 2011 ("Dental bleaching: methods for success"), translated in German and Spanish.
In 2023 he published with Dr. Federico Emiliani his new book "Black&White: clinical multidisciplinary protocols of cariology, dental bleaching and treatment of dental discolorations", published by Edra and presently in translation into other languages.
He lectures nationally and internationally on topics related prosthodontics and esthetic dentistry. His professional activity is based in Pesaro, Florence and Terni, focused on restorative and prosthodontics with particular interest in esthetic dentistry.
He is Visiting Professor at the University of Genoa, Italy, Department of Prosthodontics.

Despite the great advances on the last decades regarding adhesion and minimally invasive restorations we still have a few difficulties, errors and complications regarding the stability and esthetics of the restorative and prosthetic margins such as:
- soft tissue recession
- marginal darkness and umbrella effects
In this lecture we will cover the reasons for these complications and how to minimize them through:
- Proper diagnosis of the dentogingival complex
- Understanding different optical aspects of teeth and soft tissue in the esthetic areas
- Different types of vertical preparations and its indications for stability and esthetics

Родился в 1979 году и в 2003 году с отличием окончил университет Павии по специальности "Стоматология и ортопедическая стоматология". Прошел несколько программ последипломного образования в Италии и за рубежом в области ортопедической стоматологии, пародонтологии, имплантационной стоматологии и эстетической стоматологии. Среди этих курсов магистерская программа по несъемной ортопедической стоматологии, проводимая доктором Мауро Фрадеани, сыграла значительную роль в его образовании и в его практической деятельности. В 2012 году он стал действительным членом Итальянской академии ортопедической стоматологии (A.I.O.P), престижной научной академии в области эстетической и ортопедической стоматологии. Он опубликовал несколько международных статей в рецензируемых журналах и регулярно читает лекции в Италии и за рубежом на темы, связанные с несъемной ортопедической стоматологией и ортопедической стоматологией на имплантатах, уделяя особое внимание эстетике, новым материалам и современным минимально инвазивным подходам. Дорук Кочийгит
Проф. д-р Исмаил Дорук Кочигит окончил стоматологический факультет Анкарского университета в 2002 году и в том же году начал обучение в ординатуре по челюстно-лицевой хирургии на том же факультете. В 2011 году он был назначен ассистентом. В 2011 году он получил степень профессора и доцента в Университете Кириккале на кафедре челюстно-лицевой хирургии, в 2020 году получил степень профессора и в настоящее время занимает ту же должность в том же университете. В 2016-2019 годах был членом Сената университета и заместителем декана. Является членом Международной ассоциации челюстно-лицевой хирургии (IAOMS), Европейской ассоциации черепно-челюстно-лицевой хирургии (EACMS) и Общества челюстно-лицевой хирургии Турции (ACBID) и (TAOMS). В 2012 году при поддержке стипендии ACBID он прошел программу стажировки в Лондоне в клинике Guys & St.Thomas Hospital Cleft Service и Royal Surrey County Hospital под руководством профессора д-ра Piet Haers. Огуз Озан
Огуз Озан родился в Анкаре в 1978 году. После окончания колледжа в 1996 году он поступил на стоматологический факультет Университета Анкары. В 2007 году он получил степень доктора философии на кафедре ортопедической стоматологии стоматологического факультета университета Анкары, где его докторская диссертация называлась "Оценка успешности планирования протезов с опорой на имплантаты с помощью компьютерной программы, основанной на трехмерной компьютерной томографии". Его исследования посвящены таким темам, как "имплантология с компьютерным управлением", "немедленная нагрузка в дентальной имплантологии", "цифровая стоматология" и "протезирование на имплантатах", его работы широко публикуются в крупных международных журналах. Он активно участвует в качестве руководителя и соруководителя в многочисленных совместных исследовательских проектах с другими учеными со всего мира. В качестве лектора он прочитал множество национальных и международных лекций в интересующей его области.
